From my plate to yours. 

Overall my husband and I eat pretty healthy even with our occasional fat kid binges that we have. We recently got a gym memebership and have been getting our workout on to keep our sexy. You know what I’m sayin’? So we have been trying to cut out the processed sugars, the bad fats and eat more protein and green! So tonight I made sword fish, brown rice, and my mixed veggie combo of broccoli, asparagus and spinach. It’s all pretty simple and that’s the best part about eating healthy, I seasoned my fish with a freshly squeezed lemon, cilantro, salt, pepper, garlic and a pinch of garlic powder even. For the veggies I did almost the same thing S, P, garlic, onion powder, cilantro, dried oragano and basil. I also used just a drizzle of EVOO to keep it from burning. And the rice is just plain brown rice! And there you have it an easy healthy meal! And for a good price 👍🏻

For dessert we are having some organic strawberries hand sliced by yours truly. And that’s our sweet treat for the night! Well and this glass of Syrah!I hope I encouraged my viewers to better themselves and never forget to treat yourself. After all we only get one life so live it well.
